Ok, so I knew it would be hot in Texas, but this is getting silly! Here we are the first week in October and it's still in the mid 90's! I can't take it anymore. You know the expression "be careful what you wish for". Here it is. I always wanted endless summers, and here they are. Jeez.

DT is doing a bootleggers bliss event in November. Wishing I was back up in my old stomping grounds so I could be a part of the action. It sounds like a hoot, and I've been thinking of doing my own brew ever since sampling
Joe Foley's tasty goodness at the first 12hours of Lodi we all took part in... think that was '01 if memory serves me. Ah the good ole days.
I've been slacking hard core lately on the bike (I have the gut to proove it). As the title may have hinted, it's been hot... really hot. Plus with the new house and the rug rat my time is limited. I'm told by fellow fathers that this will ease with time... I hope so. If I'm lucky I get out once a week to ride, and I haven't done an epic or even so much as gone camping (see hot above). I think I'm going to have to buy a
road bike to keep my fitness up there. The New Braunfels area is loaded with roadies, if I can sell the old Single Speed, BMX bike and other junk lying around I may have enough scratch to buy a cross check (close enough to a road bike for me).
Since I haven't posted any pic's in a while, I thought I'd snap some pic's of the new house, the bike, and other misc. stuff. Of course the wife let the batteries die in the camera, and I can't seem to be able to sync my razor to my blackberry to email myself the pic's I have saved on my phone, so you sucka's are going to have to wait until I can get it together enough to add some.
